EAST BERLIN ASSEMBLY PROJECTED
LONDON, Dec. 13
A new Berlin City Assembly for the eastern sector will be established before Christmas, according to the British-licensed German news agency, which is quoted by the British United Press correspondent in Berlin. The agency said the Russians had instructed Herr Ebert, Lord Mayor of the Russian sector of the city Government to call a special meeting for the purpose on December 21 or 22.
