Italian Pays 147 d For Superfine Wool
(10 a.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 15. An Italian buyer at the Sydney wool sales yesterday broke all State records when he bought five bales of superfine wool at 147 d per lb. .Russian buyers bought large quantities but concentrated on medium to fine at 90d to IOOd per lb. American and British buyers were also active.
