COMPENSATION TO BE SOUGHT FROM STATE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 14. The directors of New Zealand Sounds Hydro-Electric Concessions, Limited, are to approach the Government next session in an eflort to secure adequate compensation “for the large amount of capital expended in pioneering work, plans, surveys, etc., which enabled the New Zealand Government to negotiate with Australian and Canadian interests for the full development of the Mannpouri Deep Cove hydro-electric scheme."
This decision was made at a meeting of shareholders.
