NORWAY NOT TO BE IN ATLANTIC UNION
LONDON, Dec. 12.
The Norwegian Parliament endorsed the policy statement by the Foreign Minister, M. Halvard Lange, announcing support for co-operation among Scandinavian countries but saying that the time for an Atlantic union was still not ripe for Norway.
