CHILDREN’S HEALTH CAMPS TO REOPEN
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 11.
Some children’s health camps which were closed because of the poliomyelitis- restrictions are again operating. The district health officer has authorised the Campbell’s Bay camp to take 54 children from December 18. The Port Waikato camp will open for 80 children on December 20 and the camp at Whangarei for 20 children on December 20. A holiday camp for 50 under-privileged children from the Auckland City Mission at Waiheke will open on December 29.
