WAHAROA DRIVERS’ STRIKE ENDS

AUCKLAND. Dec. 11
The strike by drivers at the Waharoa dried milk factory near Matamata has ended. All the men resumed work this morning.
The suppliers of the company at a meeting agreed to reinstate the driver whose dismissal notice caused the dispute. It is understood that the directors have undertaken that there will be no victimisation of any who took part in the dispute.
