Infectious Diseases
Nine cases of infectious disease were notified in the East Cape health district during the week ending at noon today. They were one of poliomyelitis, two of typhoid fever, five of pulmonary tuberculosis and one of tuberculosis laryna. There were no deaths from notifiable disease.
