FOUR-BALL, BEST BALL BOGEY GAME: P.B. GOLF CLUB
Despite .unfavourable weather conditions on Saturday afternoon, 18 P.B. Golf Club players completed the fourball, best ball, bogey match which had been arranged. Only one card was returned in the Stableford bogey.
The four-ball, best ball match resulted:— H. N. Early d. C. J. Smith. 4 up; V. vess d. Ted Adams, 4 up; W. Morete d. N. H. Bull. 3 up; J. Murray d. L. J. South, 2 up; D. McWha d. I. L. Boagey, 2 up; F. Neill d. N. Phillips, 2 up: J. S. Adams d. E. T. Brosnalian, 2 up; W. M. Jenkins d. J. O. Musgrave, 1 up; L. L. Winter d. F. Playfair, 1 up. Stableford Bogey.—T. Munro (hep. 17) 35pts. Golfers for Wairoa Next week-end a number of P.B. Golf Club players will travel to Wairoa by bus to meet a team of Wairoa Golf Club players. Four more players are wanted.
