“ANTI-DEMOCRATIC CRIMES” ALLEGED
(10.25 a.m.) BUDAPEST, Aug. 30.
Eighty-four men who were arrested weeks ago have been charged with various “anti-democratic” crimes, including conspiracy to overthrow the Government, corruption, fraud and abuses of authority. Most of tiie accused were former officials of the Ministry of Agriculture. One accused was charged with having contact with a Hungarian contributor to a London newspaper.
