JEW BOMB PLOTS IN BRITAIN EXPOSED
(10.30 a.m.) LONDON. Aug. 30. Scotland Yard is investigating an alleged Irgun Zvai Leumi plot to make widespread bomb attacks on prominent people in Britain. Scotland Yard has requested that no undue publicity be given to investigations which they are still making since the discovery of an explosives dump in London’s East End on Friday. Several members of a terrorist gang were traced months ago. They are said to be known to French and Belgian detectives. „ , The police kept watch at British airports and seaports today in case the leaders of the gang attempted to leave the country since their plot had been uncovered.
