PRECAUTIONS TO EVACUATE HYDERABAD
(11 a.m.) HYDERABAD, Aug. 29. The British United Press correspondent says that the British Government has made plans to evacuate at 48 hours’ notice 400 Britons and 200 Americans
and Europeans in the event of war between Hyderabad and India.
A Madras message states that armed police reinforcements were rushed 80 miles west from Bezwada to Polampalli village following a clash between Razakars and the police. It is reported that Hyderabad troops supported the Razakars.
