Hungarian Diplomat Staying In U.S.
(10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 29. The Hungarian Legation announced that M. Ivan G. Nagy, the Legation's First Secretary, had refused 1° obey an order from the Budapest Government to return to Hungary, it. is understood that M. Nagy has declared liimsell a political refugee.
