Four Lost In Floods In Philippines
(10 a.m.) MANILA, Aug 27. Floods submerged 25 towns in Bulaean and Pampanga Provinces, north of Manila , when Angat and Pampanga Rivers broke their banks following a series, of downpours in the last tew days. Four persons are reported to have been drowned and damage to farms, public works and communications is estimated at £1,500,000.
