MARKETING OFFICIAL TO RESIGN
(P.A.) WELLINGTON. July 23. The assistant Director of Marketing, Mr, H. H. Innes, has forwarded to the secretary of the Public Service Appeal Board has withdrawal of an appeal lodged by him against the appointment in March last of Mr. L. C. Webb, as Director of Marketing. Before assuming the position of assistant Director of Marketing, Mr. Innes was Director of Milk Marketing. It is understood that Mr. Innes has also advised the Minister of Marketing of his intention to resign from the public service-
The Public Service Appeal Board has to heat an appeal lodged by Mr. J. P. Lewin, assistant. Director of Price Control, against Mr. Webb’s appomtment in November, 194 C, as Director of Stabilisation.
