BRIEF MEETING
(S.R.) ' TE PUIA, Julv 22. Because the secretary, Mr. \V. C. Brydon, was unable to reach Te Puia due to the flooded state of the roads, business transacted at the monthly meeting of the Tokomaru Bay Harbour Board, held yesterday afternoon in the council chambers, was Unusually brief. Present were the chairman, Mr. V. G. H. Rickard, Messrs. P. Ngala, H. Te Rapu, K. Dudfield. O. T. Williams, •T. Oates and D. W. W. Williams. The minutes of the previous meeting as circulated to members were confirmed and as the papers referring to other business were in the hands of the secretary the chairman declared the meeting closed.
