(10 a.m.) CAIRO, July 22. An Egyptian who had completed a sentence of 20 years for alleged murder returned to his native village and found the victim very much alive. He was so infuriated that he strangled the man, slung his body over his shoulder and walked into the police station. He appeared N in court, again charged with murder, and was sentenced to another 20 years’ imprisonment, but was released immediately as he had already completed his punishment.
