PERFECT STROKE FOR HOLE IN ONE ON PARK CLUB LINKS

A four-bail best-ball bogey match pinved on the Gisborne Park Golf Club links at the week-end resulted in a win for R. Muir and D. Somerficld, eight up, A- Vickers and B. Loodcll 3 up and B. Corbett and R. Jones 2 up, being next best.

Best cards returned last week-end were those of Mrs, Pere, 67 nett, and Misses M. Gordon and M* Patterson. In the C section Miss T. Cameron and Mesdames E. Sharp and T. Wells were leaders. The monthly Tankard competition was* won by Mrs. G. Quinn. During the week-end the Mitchell Cup will be played for in a mixed four-ball best-ball competition.
