TASMANIAN DEADLOCK
HOBART, July 21
The Premier of Tasmania. Mr. R. Cosgrove, has told the House of Assembly that the Government will ask for dissolution if the Legislative Council still refuses supply after three more bills have been submitted.
The Assembly has passed and sent to the Council a new Supply Bill for three months. The last rejection was for four months. The dissolution of Parliament is exnected at the week-end as the sole Government representative in the Upper House is the former Australian Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, Mr. T. G. D’Alton.
