REPORTED FALL OF PARAGUAY REGIME
BUENOS AIRES. June 3
The Paraguayan Government led by the President, Dr. P. Higinio Morinigos, has fallen, according to the correspondent of I,a Nacions in Formosa. The Formosa Province forms Argentina’s eastern boundary with Paraguay. The dispatch said that Dr. Morinigo whose forces recently quelled a revolt had been succeeded by Senor Manuel Frutos, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
