ATTITUDE REAFFIRMED RELATIONS WITH BRITAIN BOMBAY, April 26. The Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Nehru, speaking at a press conference association with the British Commonwealth means our linking up with a particular set of Powers against °ny other set, then I think the association would be harmful to India. I have no objection to friendly relations with the British Commonwealth provided it doesn’t come in the way of our poliMr, Nehru added that the Constituent Assembly had still to decide the question of ' India's relationships. Inese would ultimately depend upon the world situation and various other factors. Mr. Nehru said there was no possibility of India withdrawing from tne United Nations "at the present moment.'
