THEODOR STELTZER, ex-Prime Minister in Schleswig-Holsten, who has been mentioned as a candidate for the position of head of the new Government in the English-American double zone in Germany. One of the few survivors of the group who directed the conspiracy against Hitler on July 20, 1944, Steltzer was in 1945 condemned to death by the Nazis.
