ESCAPED FROM PRlSON.— Charged with being an incorrigible rogue in that he escaped from the Dunedin prison, Robert Wark Johnston, aged 24, waiter, was sentenced in Dunedin to two months’ imprisonment. Chief Detective T Y. Hall told Mr. H. W. Bundle, S.M., that, Johnston was waiting trial in the Supreme Court on a charge of shopbreaking when he escaped.
