LEWIS PENALTY DELAYED
(10.30) WASHINGTON, April 23. Judge Goldsborough today postponed indefinitely any further contempt penalty against John L. Lewis and the United Mineworkers. The judge accepted the Government recommendation that he should impose no further punishment at this time.
