NO MOVES FOR BRITISH MASS MIGRATION TO DOMINIONS
(10,30 a.rn.) LONDON, April 22. No consultations had been held with the British Commonwealth Governments on the subject of large-scale emigration of the United Kingdom’s industrial population to other parts of the Commonwealth, said the Prime Minister, Mr. C. R. Attlee, in the House of Commons.
