WELCOME IN PRAGUE
BULGARIAN PREMIER TREATY PROPOSED PRAGUE, April 21. School children paraded in gaily decorated Prague *to welcome M. Dimitrov, the Bulgarian Premier, when he arrived after a triumphal train journey across Czechoslovakia to conclude a treaty of friendship, collaboration and mutual aid.
