NICARAGUAN TROOPS
ORDER TO RETURN HOME ENTRY TO COSTA RICA (10 a.m.) MANAGUA. April 21. The Nicaraguan Government has ordered its troops who entered Costa Rica during the civil war to return to the Nicarguan side of the border, but to remain at strategic points along the line. The Nicaraguan authorities feel that the Costa Kican rebels’ advance towards the border is a “grave danger to the peace of the Republic.”
