DOCK STRIKE LEADERS SINGAPORE, April 19. A large number of arrests are reported to have been made during a surprise raid in the early hours of the morning by about 100 members of the auxiliary police of the Singapore Harbour Board on labourers' living quarters at Tanjong Pagar—Singapore’s wharf area, The police were after the ringleaders of the Triad Gang who use a pink ticket with the insignia of a flaming torch in a clenched fist on one side and a yellow star on the other. This card has been seen several times during the last few days of labour unrest.
