CASES IN AUCKLAND
1 POSITIVE; I SUSPECT (P.A.) AUCKLAND, April 20. A student from the Auckland Teachers’ Training College, Epsom, who was diagnosed as a positive case of infantile paralysis during the week-end, is now regarded as a suspected case. The medical officer of health at Auckland, Dr. L. S. Davis, said that there was now some doubt as to the case being a positive one, but the restrictions already imposed at the college were not affected. A further positive case of infantile paralysis has been reported in the Central Auckland health district. There were 45 positive and three suspected cases in hospital last night.
