BOUNDARY DISCUSSION
INDIA AND PAKISTAN NEW DELHI, March 15. India and Pakistan have decided to establish a joint boundary commission to settle disputes involving the boundary between the Sylhet district, East Bengal, and the province of Assam, which has been the cause of the controversy between the two Dominions. A Karachi message says that a Pakistan Ministry of Finance official who has returned from financial talks in Bombay, announced that India and Pakistan have agreed on questions of currency exchange and the establishment of a separate Pakistan State bank.
