HUGE POWER PLANT
PROJECT IN RUSSIA (11 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. The Moscow paper Pravda says that WOpk has begun on a monster new Hydro-electric power station near Gorky, on the Volga River. The work involves building a dam nearly seven miles long.
