Port Facilities Taxed
“The whole of the board’s facilities are taxed to capacity, not for days, but for weeks on end,” commented the secretary, Mr. J. R. Harland, when placing before the Napier Harbour Board at its monthly meeting on Monday statistics relating to the rapidly increasing trade through the port of Napier.
