OUTLOOK VERY GRIM R.A.F. MUST KEEP ON TOES LONDON, March 13. “The international situation is extremely grim and future developments are difficult to forecast,” said Mr. Arthur Henderson, Under-Secretary of Air. to air crews at Abingdon. “All we can do is keep on our toes, maintain wartime efficiency, and be prepared for any call that may be made on the Royal Air Force. “You have seen what happened to Czechoslovakia and what is about to happen in Finland,” he said. “We must take the international situation into consideration in going about our work.”
