ARMY CHIEF’S CALL MORE TROOPS AND FORTS (11 a.m.) STOCKHOLM. March 15. The Swedish Commander-in-Chief General Jung handed a memorandum to the Government demanding measures for strengthening Sweden’s military preparedness, including the calling up of more men and the building of new fortifications and airfields.
