Recognition of Services
For a year of two a number of associations throughout New Zealand have been endeavouring io see ne seme uniformity in regard o rcknowtengments of good service rendered to the Returned Services' Association. The Gisborne association recently forwarded to the Dominion executive a proposal for the issue by headquarters of suitably-devised certificates, in blank, which could be used in the discretion of district executives to record and acknowledge special aid given to the cause of the ex-servicemen. The Dominion executive suggested that the proposal be made the subject of a remit to the annual Dominion conference, and on Saturday, at the district subassociations' conference, full agreement was reached on the form of the remit.
