WOMEN BOWLERS
Amidst pleasant playing conditions, members of the Riverside Women's Bowling Club held an all-day tournament recently, holding a leads and twos tournament and also a threes and skips tournament. In the leads and twos there was a play-off between Mesdames W. de Lautour and T. Crack (s) and Mesdames Tennant and D. Elliott (3), the latter pair emerging the winners, while in the threes and skips Mesdames J. Gilgren and L. Davy (s) defeated Mesdames C. Brady and T. Sangwell (3) in the play-off. Luncheon out of-doors and fine weather contributed to a pleasant time.
