FRIENDS OF MASARYK MEMORIAL CEREMONY LONDON. March 11. The Czech Foreign Office staff, at Czernin Palace, attended a memorial ceremony today in honour of M. Masaryk, reports Reuter's correspondent in Prague. The Secretary of State, M. dementis, said: “M. Masaryk had bitter moments when he read and heard how his so-called friends abused him. Treason among officials abroad also affected him ” No eye was dry as M. Masaryk’s Chef de Cabinet, M. Cerny, praised the late Minister.
