CYCLIST KILLED
TWO OTHERS INJURED THREE VEHICLES INVOLVED ;<P.A.) HAMILTON, March 9. A motor-cyclist was killed and two other men were injured when a taxi, private car and the motor-cycle were involved in an accident on the Te Rapa road at 7.30 this morning. The men were: Killed Mr. Murray John Jack, aged 21, welder, Great South road, Te Rapa. INJURED Mr. William Lloyd Wilkins, aged 49, builder, kitchener street, Hamilton; head injuries, not serious. Mr. Kenneth Grey Borman, aged 34, builder. Kitchener street; concussion, not serious. The cyclist was riding in a heavy fog towards a car driven by Mr. Borman. Travelling in the opposite direction was a taxi driven by Mr. Eric Francis Gedge. In overtaking the car collided with the cyclist, the private car swerving to crash into a telegraph pole. The car, cycle and taxi were extensively damaged.
