MORE TENNIS COURTS
The setting aside of an area for 12 tennis courts and one additional bowling green on the Victoria Domain was approved at last night’s meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council. The domain already has basketball courts and the ladies’ bowling green on it. The P.B. Hockey Association also was granted the use of one hockey field on Barry Park, on which there are also two Rugby fields.
