ARCHBISHOP’S DISMISSAL ECHO OF POLITICAL BAN (10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 25. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent in Rome says that the Communists are clamouring for the dismissal of Cardinal Schuster, Archbishop of Milan because of his letter ordering his clergy to refuse absolution to those who vote Communist. The Communists claim this is a violation of the law against political activity by the clergy. The Archbishop’s letter said that members of Communist and other movements contrary to the Catholic faith must be refused absolution “when they formally adhere to the errors contained in their doctrine and give their co-operation, even only materially and especially by means of their vote and, after being admonished, refuse to desist." Sienor Longo accuses the Arch’-'shop of lying in stating that communism is contrary to the Catholic religion. “The overwhelming majority of Communists are just as fervent Catholics as members of -any other party,” he said
