PHOTOS CONVICT ERRING DRIVERS

Photographs fron. a highspeed camera brought about the conviction of five motorist at Frankston. The photographs, which were taken by a police motor-cyclist, showed that the motorists had broken the traffic regulations by passing other cars on parts of the road where double lines indicated that they should not pass.

The magistrate took only a few seconds to examine each photograph before convicting the motorist.
