TAX REDUCTIONS
AUSTRALIAN FORECAST SYDNEY, Dec. 15. A prediction that the Federal Government will reduce income tax rates from next July to save taxpayers at least £10,000,000 a year is made by the Canberra correspondent of the Sydney Telegraph, who says that the cuts which' would be designed to offset an estimated rise of five per cent, in living costs next year would mainly help small income earners with dependants. He also predicts a possible cut in sales tax rates,
