WORKMAN KILLED
FALL 3 OFT. FROM LADDER (P.A.) AUCKLAND. Sept. 22. A workman was killed when ne fell 30ft on to a concrete floor at the Challenge Phosphate Company’s works at Otahuhu on Friday night. He was: Mr Patrick Connolly, aged 53, married,
Otahuhu. .... , ~ Mr Connolly had climbed a ladder at about 10.30 pm. to attend to some belting at the works. He was found at the foot of he ladder by a fellow workman He had received a fractured skull and died instantly.
