VOTE OF CONFIDENCE
FRENCH GOVERNMENT (U anl .) PARIS, Aug. 11. The French Assembly passed a vote of confidence in the Government by iO4 votes to 184. The Premier. M. Ramadier asked for a vote after M.R.P. and Communists on Saturday voted against a Government proposal that the proportional representation system should not apply in October municipal elections in small communes.
