LONDON_DOCKERS GROUPS DISPUTE VOTE GLASGOW MEN STILL OUT (11 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. The London dock strikers today decided, at a mass meeting, to return to work tomorrow. Reuter’s Agency says that the decision was not unanimous. The open-air meeting at which the vote was taken broke up in confusion, with large groups of men disputing the counting of votes. An unofficial committee was formed to advocate a continuance of the strike, and a large number of men is expected to attend an early-morning meeting tomorrow to hear the views of this group. Union officials maintained that the voting today approved of the union’s recommendation that the best interests of Glasgow men would be served if constitutional procedure were followed. The Glasgow dockers at a meeting decided to continue their strike following the rank-and-file committee’s rejection of the advice of the Scottish Transport and General Workers’ Union executive to return to work,
