LONDON_DOCKERS GROUPS DISPUTE VOTE GLASGOW MEN STILL OUT (11 a.m.) LONDON, May 1. The London dock strikers today decided, at a mass meeting, to return to work tomorrow. Reuter’s Agency says that the decision was not unanimous. The open-air meeting at which the vote was taken broke up in confusion, with large groups of men disputing the counting of votes.
