QUALIFYING ROUND A net 72 bv Miss M, Patterson was the best card handed in after Saturday's play by lady members of the Gisborne Park Golf Club. Next Saturday the second qualifying round will be played and partners will be arranged at the ciub house. The mid-week ladies opened their season’s competition with an enjoyable round m Tuesday. Mrs Heighway returning the best net card Tlie draw for Tuesday next is: Mrs Heighway and Mrs Vickers; Mrs Wells and Mrs Powell: Mrs Waterson and Mrs Bradlev: Mrs McKee and Mrs Innes; Mrs Halliwel! and Mrs Gedys: Miss Cordon and Mrs Playfair: Mrs Richard son and Miss Agnew; Miss Pritchard and Mrs Graham.
