LEADING LONDON DOCTOR (11.15 a.m.) LONDON, April 28. The coroner found that Dr. William Henry dcßargue Hubert, aged 43, the West End psychiatrist, who was found dead in the bathroom at his home on March 4, died from the effects of chlqj*’. hydrate and barbituric acid, selfadministcred. but in circumstances not fully disclosed. Evidence was given that Dr. Hubert bad a weak heart, ✓
