MR. J. O’BRIEN’S HEALTH (P.A.) WELLINGTON. April 23. The Minister of Transport and Marine. Mr. J. O'Brien, who underwent an operation at the Wellington Public Hospital early yesterday morning, was reported to-da.v to be making fair progress stewards recovery, although his condition is still regarded as serious.
