MR. CHARLES FOGDEN A well known and liighly-respectea resident ol' Gisborne. Mr Charles Fogden. died in the Cook Hospital on Tuesday afternoon at the age of 12 years ’ Mr Fogden tor many years was in the Civil Service in Gisborne, retiring eight years ago.
