ILLEGAL MIGRANTS ESCAPE RESIDENTS ARRESTED JERUSALEM, March 24. According to an official statement, 462 of the people deported after the refugee ship Susanna-was beached on the Palestine coast on March 12 were not refugees but Palestinian citizens from nearby settlements who mingled with the refugees when they were being rounded up. It is believed that more than 300 passenger* from the Susanna escaped into the settlement It is also announced that the American crew of the refugee ship Ben Hecht, who on March 10 were remanded for trial on a charge of aiding illegal immigration, would be deported without trial. ,
