DEATH ANNOUNCED
MR. JAMES H. FOWLER (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Dec. 11. The death has occurred in Wellington of a former Controller and AuditoiGeneral. Mr. James Henry Fowler. aged 68. He succeeded the late Colonel G.
F. C. Campbell as head of the Audit Department in March, 1937. and ie in August, 1939, on the completion °I 44 years’ service with the depaitmeni.
